Surprisingly, Paul Biancardi (ESPN Director of 💯 Rankings and Recruiting) swaps No.3 with John Lucas (The Lab) to take Brian Merritt‘s (National Recruiter for Lucas Enterprises/LSU coach) post at No.1.
