10:30am-11am Stretching/Conditioning

12pm-1pm Lunch

1pm-2pm Team Practice

2pm-5pm Games

Sunday

9am-9:30am Lecture/Motivation

9:30am-10:30am Stretching/Conditioning/Drill Stations 1)triple threats 2) 1-on-1 offense & defense 3) setting screens 4) rebounding

10:30am-11am Team Practice

11am-2pm Games

    6th grade white kid from IN. They called him Juice, one of the top three players there. Nice to see a true basketball player did everything on the floor. Dribble, pass, rebound, shoot, finish around the rim with contact and play D.
