  1. Question says:

Got a question so Zion Harmon from Team Glory last years 3rd grade NAtional Champions is really in 4th grade?

    • “Z” is in 5th grade….He did play for that 3rd grade National Championship Team….I don’t know why, but he did!!!!!

      • Ballin says:

Read this excerpt from the 2013 AAU rule book…based on this, he should only be playing 5th grade and up…

        4TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 4th grade as of October 1, 2012 and can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2013. For an athlete that is in the 5th grade as of October 1, 2012 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 10 on August 31, 2013.
        5TH GRADE DIVISION
An athlete must be in the 5th grade as of October 1, 2012 and can be no older than 12 on August 31, 2013. For an athlete that is in the 6th grade as of October 1, 2012 wanting to play down, they can be no older than 11 on August 31, 2013.

    • Check out this information:

      http://marylandhoops.net/?p=794

This will show you…Zion is good…but he is not a legit player….play your age and see where you stand!!!! Don’t play down because you lack size and dominate there….The truth always comes out!!!!

      • Interesting says:

So if this kid is now in the 5th grade at a school in Maryland did the coach just outright lie to AAU and say he was homeschooled or something for 3rd grade nationals? What about the rest of the team?

        • smh says:

Thats crazy one list has Z in 2019 class another 2020 class but won a National Championship in the 2021 class. You right I wonder how old the rest of the kids are.

          • Truth says:

Zion is Homeschooled. He has no grade. Based on AAU rules he is age eligible to play 4th and 5th grade. Regardless of what you think he is a top 15 5th grader and the #1 4th grader. Nobody can argue that.

        • Team Glory Mom says:

Zion is no longer home schooled, he is in the 4th grade and YES he is the class of 2021, we can’t control how people assume or type it up on their websites…so again coming from a parent who has ALL the credentials he is in the 4th….Thx!! and yes I agree with the Truth he is THE top 4th grader and one of the top 10 5th graders PERIOD, no matter how its written up or rumored. No one on this blog knows ANYTHING about him besides the fact that he is an amazing basketball player…#Motivation

          • Education First says:

If he is in the fourth grade and is 6th grade age no disrespect but he isn’t very smart books before basketballs!!!! And you never say how old he is please respond and quit beating around the bush it doesn’t matter what grade it’s age so please say his age

          • Team Glory Mom says:

He is in the 4th grade and is 10 years old, an honor student at that, like I said, I have paperwork, DC Assault still has his paperwork, Oxon Hill still has it as well….ASK who you want…he is 10, born in 2002, there is your answer.

          • langhornebball says:

What is his Date of Birth? Just curious?

          • Will Watts says:

Ketaan wyatt is better than most the people on that list.

    • allan eason says:

that little boy is in 8th grade, zion aint nun my team would blow him out.he told me himself at nationals in 4th grade that he was in 6th grade playing 4th grade ball 2 yrs later he in 8th grade playing 6th grade ball its all just crazy#cheaters#bumsthesedays

  2. Accurate says:

2020 ballers a new beginning.com have better and more accurate rankings for this class

  3. Cali finest says:

Middle School elite is a better website then that one so it dont count

  4. He cute says:

the numer 1 player reminds me of Chris Brown dont judge him https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z29nI8RQV0U

  5. allaroundathlete says:

Is mse mike Saunders agent? I’ve seen better at the local ymca

  6. Good Job says:

Looks like Mike Saunders Jr.,Hunter Jackson,Jalen Suggs, Shemar Morrow,Juwan Carpenter, and Kyree Walker are the most consistant names in all the ranking. Great job to all those kids.Spoke to some people at Hoop Scoop and they have Suggs, Saunders Jr., Morrow, Carpenter also atop prospect list. Lucas likes Suggs and noted Saunders hasn’t been to camp yet. I love Jason Harris and believe Brevin Jefferson is a great prospect also unders Saunders wing and had a great Nationals

    • All these kids deserve the exposure! Good players! You have to look at the body of work! Suggs and Boogie won a National championship. Hoop Scoop ranks Langston L Boogie as a 6th grader after watching his performance at the John Lucas Camp last summer for players in grade 6th and 7th when he was only in 4th! All this information is posted on line. We only deal in the facts! At the same camp we selected Marvin Bagley as the top player and now look! You guys got him ranked at Number One! Again, not professing to be the best analyst out there, but we have watched kids all over the Nation. This is what we do! I think two kids from the Havoc should have made your list. We deal in facts! Check out video
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Of_7_yloZ1o:

Just highlight, copy, paste into your URL. One same channel you will also see who we think is number one player Jalen Suggs who also plays on same team. People have to remember, just because these kids are good does not make your kid not good! All kids mentioned can play! God has blessed them all! Thanks MSE!

    • realllly says:

#12 is Jefferson correct? yes he is a great player that seems to play the game more mentally so he gets lost in others highlights

      • Myopinion says:

@reallly, Jefferson is talented but is not mentally tough. We played him in the state tournament and he cried most of the game. My son played for G3 two years ago and I know for a fact he is the second oldest on the team so while you talking about Hunter Jackson(he does play up 6th with Storm) ask yourself why doesn’t he play up. Only mom or dad will call a role player “great”.

        • realllly says:

@Myopinion nothing negative was stated about these players, I asked because if Jackson could play up he has the talent to
          good that he does
the Jefferson comment was in regards to @good job comment about him. I might even have the wrong player since my team has only played them a few times

        • Stephanie G3 says:

Its sad that people talk about people’s kids then have the balls ( or lack there of) to hide behind a fake name. atthe end of the day these are people’s kids Mike, Brevin Hunter so if you have so much to say use your real name so the next time you run into there parents no smiles will be needed because that is hater shit

        • Sad says:

my opinon I have seen the oldest kid which is hunter Jackson cry a couple times and loose the ball turnover and get lost as well so whats your point?

        • JEFFERSON says:

I try and stay out of all this BS because my son, BREVIN JEFFESON #12 G3 does not care what he is ranked, he does not care what others think about how he plays and if he cries. He knows that his tears come from the passion he has for the game. And he has NEVER been on this site and has never asked what he is ranked or anyone else for that matter! This BS comes from adults, not our players. My son can play a team that beats the heck out of him physically but he will still help that team up off the floor and appreciate the good players on the other side.
NOW What my son DOES care about is his grades and attendance at school. He cares about other people and helping his teammates get better. He cares about winning BUT keeps no track of what he scores, he actually likes to give great passes. He respects and loves his coach, Mike Saunders. He loves & respects his teammates and their parents. G3 is a family and he loves that part as much as he loves the sport. So while you are out here talking about his mental state on the court, maybe you should check out his perfect attendance and his honor roll status that he busted his butt to achieve at an elite private school. Thats what is important, that is where he learns to remain humble, give back and love others. And even tho you are hating on him (and you may be someone we probably see every game) MY SON WILL STILL HAVE LOVE FOR YOU AND WILL NEVER DISRESPECT YOU
          proudly signed by his mama

          • JEFFERSON says:

OH I forgot to mention Brevin does not play up because he is the correct age in the correct grade. There is no reason to play my son up, he is legit. I believe in competing with players your own age.

          • middleschoolhoops says:

@Jefferson I like Brevin’s game..are you the guys that are related to George Hill?

          • I love it!! says:

Good job Jefferson, this is Mikes momma and I heard you came on and gave a statement but you dont need to justify or explain to anybody Brevee is a great player on and off the court these rankings dont mean anything at the end of day they got to play all of our talented players together not individually… See you in the gym 2013 baby!!

  7. Tournament says:

@MSE will you guys be at too baylors holiday tournament this weekend?

  8. Hater says:

@allaroundathlete 2020 ballers a new begining had him high also. Guess he has two agents. Bring your son to the party and watch him get done up.

    • allaroundathlete says:

We were there last year at indy,my son dominated both days. Sorry can’t afford the travel circuit.

      • Randy says:

Bring your son to my team if he’s legit age it’s all free but we don’t cheat like most teams and we demand they get the grades.

  9. Tournament says:

@ good job when is the next john lucas camp?

  10. Smh says:

Wow lol now I don’t know if zion is in the class of 2021 2020 or 2019 smdh..kid can ball but I have to agree with @Maryland’s finest aau he needs to play with his “real” age and class.. playing down won’t measure how good he really is

  11. Damn son says:

I’m suprised to see that Illinois only has one player representing their state for this class..wow Chicago needs to step up! Reminds me of class of 2012 who just recently graduated had a horrible class from Illinois nationally..I just know there has to be someone else besides Nimari that is making noise from there but it’s still early so I guess I can’t judge clearly right now..anyway congrats to all the players that made the list wish you well in the future!

  12. Indy says:

There was a light skin guard go by the name (at the MSE Easter camp from Chicago that can go. I seen him and mike saunders going at it and the rest of G3. This kid was super fast with mean handles and no one could stay in front of him and then I saw him again at the east vs west camp in Chicago last month and he held his own against juwon carpenter and other wacg players

  13. Indy says:

His name is Devin I think

  14. mse says:

Good mse very acurate i would have hunter Jackson
ranked higher seen him a coup
    le time stronger than a.
Of these kids you have higher

  15. midwesthooper says:

Congrats to all these young talented players.. Mike Saunders very impressive saw him a few times well deserved on his ranking.keep working hard young one only the sky is the limit for you!

  16. 1 in a million says:

Mike has crazy handles! There is no other gaurd controlling the rock
Like that! Keep it real you put him on Any team..real talk

  17. indys finest says:

    Indiana represented! Good job fellas

  18. 10 years old says:

Hate on mike all u want that little dude is 10years old playin
Against kids two to almost 3yrs old than him.still holding itit
down! The big question is are you going to be lik everyone else and holds him back although you wouldn’t be really he would just be
In his correct grade and let him dominate agian next year
Inquiring minds want to know…any year you decide to have him repeat it will be over!

  19. Tournament says:

Yeah I agree with mse on the rankings..they are accurate I seen a lot of these kids a D1 nationals this year and these rankings are mainly based off 2012 D1 nationals held in Cincinati Ohio. 2020 ballers list isn’t bad either but I seen a lot of D2 players on there and no disrespect to them but D1 nationals is the biggest stage at this level so therefore D1 players deserve the higher ranking. A lot of these kids on this list is from Wpge G3 Wacg Havoc and 916 Select all top programs for the class of 2020

  20. allaroundathlete says:

No east coast kids? What a joke

  21. DAD says:

@allaroundathlete, did your son make the list? I mean really he didn’t make the list or did he make the list but your mad he isn’t #1? Not all these kids traveled or played in a MSE Camp. Most of them played in National tournaments including AAU Nationals. Name some East coast kids that missed the list. I see Zion and Jeremy made it. I see Texas, Florida, Minnesota, North Carolina I also noticed 90 percent of the kids played at Nationals. Was your son there? If he wasn’t how do you expect him to get seen? Maybe you need to get a part time job so you can afford to help your kid get recognition. You can’t be mad at the kids on the list because there parents sacrifice and you don’t. If your son means that much to you then you need to do more as a father or mother to get him in front of the right people.Instead of reading MSE you need to be checking the classified ads for a job. Its not to late since he is only in the 5th grade, but I would hurry up quick UPS is hiring. “My son is really, really good but I don’t have any money and nobody wants to give me anything for free, Obama put tax on everything and unemployments up 65%.Life sucks, but I still got my $200 sneakers and my pimped out ride..what time you going to the strip club tonight?”-PRIORITIES

    • allaroundathlete says:

Actually my son spent the summer playing and winning a state championship in baseball. They only give one if those out buddy. Unlike these so-called national championships they conduct here and there. Also dominates on the football field. Hence (all around athlete).

      • midwesthooper says:

so what he is not a hooper then, so don’t hate the kids that play.. Most of these kids that I know play baseball, football heck run track and soccer now what.. clown Im trying to figure out whats your purpose coming on here, you bring your son to a camp he does not stand out you get mad when others do just stick to baseball then that might be a better fit for people like you..

      • langhornebball says:

@allaroundathlete take that extra money and save it. If your boy is a legit athlete they will find him. Going all over the USA chasing a ranking before High School is not a sacrifice. It is a huge waste of money.

  22. @Truth…you can argue all you want….I KNOW THE KID AND FAMILY………ZION IS HOMESCHOOLED…..BUT WHAT IS HIS AGE?!!!!!!! THE KID SHOULD LEGITIMATELY BE IN THE 6TH GRADE….AND B/C YOU DO HOMESCHOOL…HE CAN BE CLASSIFIED AS 4TH…LOL….GET REAL…PUT HIM WITH HIS AGE…HE IS NOT DOMINATE…TRUE 6TH GRADER( BEING HOMESCHOOLED…SO HE CALLS HIMSELF A 4TH GRADER) PLAYING AGAINST REAL 8&9 YEAR OLD TALENTS….PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING!!! CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!

    • eastcoast says:

Most kids in AAU are older then the grade they should be in THATS the rules until they change it will always be the same

    • Team Glory Mom says:

LOL!!…..6th grade?? wowwwww, Im getting Zion a T-Shirt made with his birth certificate on it for crazy people like Marylands Finest….LOL

  23. Damn son says:

Lmao seem like Zion and his family is confused themselves..They were claiming that Zion was a fourth grader at the East vs West camp..smdh that is just sad.. I guess his people are just trying out different classes since he’s “homeschooled” and whatever class he does the best that’s what they go under..wow that is just down right outrageous

    • midwesthooper says:

Guess what 4th and 5th grade nationals are the same time next year lets see which nationals they put him in I guarentee it will be 4th because they know they have no chance at 5th…

    • @ Damn Son….that is exactly it!!!! I have more proof….he was his Dad’s mascot for the older team (God’s Glory) in 2009….when he was 8!!!!!!

      http://www.i95ballerz.com/story%20-%20Ballou%20takes%20first%20chip.html

To say Harmon cares about these kids is an understatement, as he expends not only time and energy in their development and well being, but personally funds much of the team’s game playing efforts as well. His family is also involved in the enterprise, as Harmon’s son Zamychal (a junior at Bishop O’Connell) participates, as does another, Zion, a talented under-eight year old player that is the team’s defacto mascot

      • Team Glory Mom says:

It says his younger son Zion who played Under 8 aka U8 which means you are UNDER the gae of 8 dummy!! Make sense!

      • Team Glory Mom says:

Under 8 aka U8 means you are under the age of 8 correct??……MAKE SENSE….LOL

        • @ Team glory Mom….U8 does not mean under 8, fool!!!! Zion according to you was 10 during Nationals last year and played U9….SO NO DUMBASS…….LIKE I SAID HE IS A CHEATING PINT SIZED FRAUD!!!!! YOU CLAIM HIS BD IS 3-12-02….THAT WOULD MEAN THAT DURING AAU SEASON LAST YEAR (WHICH TYPICALLY BEGINS IN MARCH….HE WAS 10…PLAYING 9 AND UNDER!!!!! )))) CHEATERS….LIKE I SAID….HE CANT HANG WITH HIS AGE…SO HE GETS HOMESCHOOLED TO PLAY DOWN!!!! FOOL!!!!!

  24. langhornebball says:

    MSE,
Just put the date of birth next to each player on the rankings and eliminate the guess work.

  25. Watcher says:

As much as I disapprove rankings for kid’s deemed too young, I have to thank MSE for producing a list as it enables me to look back at it years from now and remember a name or better yet a face. Hahaha

  26. Hmmmm says:

These rankings are so-so. But somewhat close. The 2020 Ballers list was more accurate in my opinion. But there were flaws in that as well (too many Ohiokids).Seems like this list here, is based more on team popularity and how well the team did in Nationals instead of the individual player. Saunders is very good, but definitely not the top player. I would put him in the 15-20 range. Hunter is the best player on that team and top 5-7 at least. Zion Harmon is average in this age group Burnett & Bagley could be higher. Mike Miles just has a popular video. He’s good but not top 25. No Caleb Murphy? How is that?

This list is designed to get those not ranked as high (or at all) to sign up and pay for the camp! Smart!

    • midwesthooper says:

I disagree with this one classifying a kid who is the oldest on that team anyway as best player is not a seller probably why hunter is never ranked that high on a 2020 listing. yeah we know he is strong, but he is supposed to be he does not have good ball control and is reckless at times. I would still rank mike as the general because he can feed the ball to everyone on that team and still get to the rim faster then any kid I have seen so far. The new Kid they picked up from ohio might end up taking most of the shine from that team besides mike who will alway be a favorite with camp rankings.

  27. Mike Raye says:

Hey guys. Ive posted a highlight clip of then 9 year old Mikey Raye on youtube. Check it out and leave a comment of what you think. Any constructive input will be helpful to his development. By working on the right things to improve his game I think he can be on here too. Thanks guys, and good luck this season.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2IcmRJLc9r4

  28. eastcoast says:

some one said east coast kids was on list none are.Zion is not on that top 25 list and either is any east coast player .we just played in a bball spotlight event with top talent in 5th grade gauchos were there old dc assualt team was there.team glory was there.NO teams on this top 25 were there

  29. eastcoast says:

and everyone talking about what kids are older.Thats AAU most kids on this list are 11 and in5 TH GRADE

  30. CUT THE CRAP says:

Parents and kids r suppose to relax at home watching college and NBA games but instead they choose to be on this CRAPPY middle school site! FYI Miama loss to Knicks last night

  31. Real rankings says:

2020 ballers list was the better list as the top 25 was still similar..mse list has only wacg g3 wpge havoc 916 select and maybe other D1 teams that made the elite 8 players on there but there are guys that can play too in this class that are not on high caliber teams..like Marshaun Robinson was on a terrible team that shouldn’t have been in D1 nationals this year but if you put Marshaun on the court with the players that are on this list he would stand out..Devin Tolbert and Aquan Smart from the Evanston Battlecats balled out at D2 nationals made it to final four and finished third these two guards can also bang with the best of them but I think Bagley and Billings should have been in the top five and Jason Harris should be number #1..and what happen to Nick Hittle from G3 he should be somewhere on this list also

    • ADVICE says:

@real ranking. Jeremy Roach of D2 National Champs Leesburge is high on list. Somebody must of been at D2 and disagree with your viewpoint. Obviously competition is a factor. Did Evanston play any of the D1 teams named. Why would they not play G3 all season considering its a bordering state and they travel all over the place. G3 even hosted a big tourney that had WPGE, G3, and Metrolina.

    • midwesthooper says:

key factor d1 son stop talking about d2 players.. nationals d1 and playing top teams his how your little evanston kids or whoever else you keep throwing out of the jack in the box will get notice.. Wacg, national champs suggs and crew, g3 they are noticeable teams they stand out whats the problem. maybe all these d2 teams can get together and form one team and then compete with everyone else.

  32. ADVICE says:

Below is a yahoo top 150 ranking for the class of 2013. Parents of the kids that make any of these list need to do a couple of things.

1)Keep working with your kids and ignore the haters. People will get on here saying your kid is not deserving of the recognition. They will down your child, question his age, make up excuses, and act ignorant. The funny thing is that they are not important people. They don’t have a life, they have zero impact on your son making it or not. Ignore them and make them suffer inside for being a low life that looks to criticize kids that had no control over the opinion of one website.

2)It a marathon not a sprint. Look at the list and see how many kids between 75-150 that have bigtime Division one scholorships. You will see that every one of them have a Division one offer. Point being no matter if you top 10 or bottom 110 if you keep working you will be noticed. People so caught up in where this kid or that kid is ranked in 5th grade. These kids have 7 years to get better or walk away and play something else.

Parents who you gonna listen to? College coaches that recognize your child on various websites and camps or people hiding behind a fake name ready to always give an opinion that means zero twards your childs future.

    http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/rankings/rank-2752

  33. here we go again says:

Mse always rank point guards #1 overall in all 5th grade classes..two years ago MSE had marquise walker and Jaylin Fleming #1 “Overall” in their classes and they need to stop doing that..Mike Saunders may be the best point guard in the nation but after seeing the championship game at nationals and the HIT tournament he shouldn’t be ranked over Donovan Billings Reece Beekman or Jalen Suggs..same with marquise walker he should not have never been ranked over Gavin Schdewald and Jaylin should have never been ranked over Cody Riley..today marquise isn’t even in hoopscoop’s top 100 for class of 2018 and middleschool rankings doesn’t get more accurate than hoopscoop all american. Lol I seen someone posted on here “he cute” and they are exactly right. 5th grade and 4th grade rankings are cute with the Lil flashy handles and high basketball iq’s which is a good thing but once these kids hit the 7th and 8th grade level that’s where kids have major growth spurts and they start playing above the rim..that’s REAL basketball!!!

    • RansedO says:

Someone has to get the bigs the ball.

    • Basketball says:

Many of the older kids that are in higher grades where also ranked high when they were younger, simon banks for 1 has been playing for years and still on the charts so dont be confused if they are high now they can still be just as high as they get older.

  34. LOL says:

I doubt his dad cares if he is ranked #1 or #101. He already has one kid in the NBA

  35. Real Deal says:

Here is a kid that should be on someone’s list!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1Br2On1fyA

  36. FYI says:

@Advice Jeremy Roach Is a good player however he is not a true 5th grader though

  37. A.E.B says:

@Advice No Evanston did not play wacg havoc g3 or wpge..the only prestigious team they played on their level may have been All-Ohio Red which they beat at King James tournament last spring..but this year they are looking to travel to bigger tournaments and looking foward to playing the top competition..no Illinois 2020 teams make any noise at big tournaments therefore it was hard for any of our players to make this list..the Illinois Raptors and Evanston Battlecats are the best teams from Illinois but they play in majority D2 tournaments and nationals..Nimari Burnett left the Illinois Raptors 2020 team and went with Wacg for bigger and better national exposure and it obviously worked out for him..congradulations Nimari for representing Illinois.

  38. I know says:

Nimari didn’t never play for the Raptors 2020 team he played up on there 2019 team!

  39. Smh says:

@I know uh huh Nimari is just too good for his own team..he just #1 in Illinois for his class..lol sike

  40. Ballislife says:

Just got back from the Baylor youth basketball tournament in Champaign u of i..congradulations to Lance Jones Nimari Burnett Jaheim Holden and Oscar Armstrong as Hoops 4 Health won the 12u division after beating Illinois Gold Rush in a good game..Lance and Nimari were just too much for Gold Rush and they have proven they are the best players in their classes in the state and Jahiem is the X factor on the team..Illinois gold rush has a good team also with David Olgysby and Elliot Sieger..I also checked out the Illinois Battlecats 11u squad led by Devin Tolbert and Aquan Smart..Devin Tolbert may be the best point guard in the class of 2020 in the state as he finished with a triple double 12pts 10ast and 10stl against CU All-Stars in the championship game as they took the whole tournament..I look foward to seeing all these teams battle again for state in 2013

  41. aau fan99 says:

I hate to say this because I don’t want it to seem like I’m bashing this kid, because I think he’s a good guard, but this list will never be taken serious as long as Mike Saunders is ranked as the number 1 player in the country. That kills all the credibility of this website and no one will ever take it serious. There are at least 7 or 8 kids in that top 10 that’s way better than little Mikey, I’m saying this and I like little Mikey. Again this isn’t a knock on little Mikey but more of a knock on this website for doing it. I know one thing, the target is on little Mikey now, and I’m sure he will get everybody’s best shot. Hopefully he’s not paying any attention to any of this.

    • never stops says:

not at all, Mike Saunders is way above all the hype and the haters people will always hate who is ranked #1 just focus on getting all the kids to the top regardless of your opinon or any one elses opinon it will never change what it is… lol the funny thing He always had a target on his back but if you seen him you would never think it.

    • midwesthooper says:

Obviously someone takes it seriously you had to post something! lol its ok you can bash on a 10yr old and hide behind your message.. who is your kid so we can laugh probably someone that did not make the list nobody takes serious right… ha ha ha we love it!

    • nationals 2013 says:

I dont know this sounds more like jealousy then anything sounds personal either lil mikey as you say or his daddy clowned you or your orginization. Grow up pops not everybody can be in the spot light at once! The more you hate on the kid the more recongnition you give him. Good job #3 keep representing for Indy

    • illinois says:

Trust me this comment right here came straight out of Illinois, they been hating on any indiana kids for awhile now.. I guarentee you which daddy it came from too.. lol lol see you at the christmas camp playa…

    • Been says:

7 or 8? Name them and name their credentials. Target has been on his back. G3 not sweatin rankings nor haters.

  42. aau fan99 says:

Marcus Bagley #20. Yall can’t be watching these games at Nationals, this is ridiculous.

  43. Real rankings says:

@AAU fan99 the more accurate rankings are on 2020 ballers a new beginning .com

  44. Team Glory Mom says:

Besides these rankings aren’t accurate, I can make up a site and do the same thing, how does Mike Saunders’ name keep being placed at number 1….

    • Seth Wilson says:

Whatever grade Team Glory mom claiming her son is in 2013 dont matter Mike saunders not even in same convo if he is actually a 5th grader, if you claiming 4th this year seth wilson will eat you for lunch. This is big boy stuff mom…

  45. midwesthooper says:

awwh whats wrong mom nobodys talking about your 6th, no, 5th no 4th grade home school kid anymore..

    • Team Glory Mom says:

I don’t need anyone to speak on him anymore, you are doing enough all by yourself….keep it up, keeps him more relevant than he already is….So again if you feel so strongly about it DO something….write a letter, call someone…I’ll wait…….

      • No Doubt says:

the only reason anyone even said anything about ur son mom is because you come on her questioning a kid that has already earned respect in the national world and in aau circut but like you try to defend you zion others will defend mike.. I dont think anyone was talking about him looking back until you came to the seen except people from your own circut. All I have to say is props to all the teams that keep it real and keep grinding George Hill you guys have Talent in your 2020 class regardless if its mike saunders for his speed and ball control or your bushy hair kid jackson down to the light skin kid that reads everything and catches steals like he is on the football field. you guys have a good program with a whole team of talent not 1 man shows where they have 1 star that takes all the shots. Good luck in 2013 and always know the more they hate the more your name has impacted. You guys dont even win nationals but the most talked about team and players!

        • Team Glory Mom says:

EVEERYONE on here talked about him and brought him up, I was called to look so I did, but you were wrong so I corrected you….as far as me bringing up Mike, I did ask why is he always listed as #1 and why is it only Ohio and Indiana kids on the list, how accurate is that was my question….so please read carefully…

          • Team Glory Mom says:

            EVERYONE

          • Crazy says:

Nobody needs to explain why any kid was ranked obviously he gets around if you so concerned about him, ohio or any other player in the midwest just come on down we welcome everyone to the dojo…. Last I heard wacg, g3, hoosiers, playground dont descriminate they try to play everybody I think they proved that at labron james tournament earlier this year.. 🙂

          • Relax says:

Just focus on verifying Zion. You seem to be busy with that. Dont worry about Mike and who is number 1. Out of the 25 kids on the list only 7 of them are Indiana and Ohio combined. So while you are trying to stop the haters from all sides on Zion, you wanna hate on the number one stunna and question at the same time. You need to relax, people hating on MSE need to relax, people hating on Zion need to relax, defending Zion need to relax. Its just rankings. If you want number one come and get it. Lil Mike is number one because people feel that way and he’s earned it. He doesnt even care. Nor does G3. Also, 2020 a new beginning rankings needs to relax. You aint messing with MSE. So do what you do but dont step on another’s neck to come up. You people are …. weird.

          • Team Glory Mom says:

Im NOT concerned just asked a ques that others are also asking on this blog….the accuracy is lacking….PERIOD, I’m not the only one who feels that way but again, who cares its just a “game” right? Lol

  46. here we go again says:

@aau fan99 I have to agree with you with these rankings..Mike Saunders is good and he deserves the exposure he is getting..but come on now ranking him over.guys 5’8 and 5’9 that plays on the aau circuit is ridiculous..even if their skill level is not where it should be right now they still have a huge upside and they will only get better if they work grow and stay on the circuit. There is nothing wrong with rankings but if you are going to rank them rank them realistically and not popularity..just like whoever ranked Jaylin Fleming over Cody Riley at any grade level 4th 5th or 6th (MSE) need their ass whooped..but I see they made those adjustments real soon as you can see they have Cody ranked #1 now

  47. Thanks says:

@AAUfan99, “Lil Mikey” has played against every kid on this list, so why would the target be any different. @TeamGloryMom don’t know why he come’s up #1 but if your trying to endorse another kid outside of Zion on that 2020 team your wasting your time.@realrankings and AAUFan99 “Lil Mikey” is ranked #4 on 2020 ballers new beginings.

  48. BeCarefulwhatyouaskfor says:

Anybody ranking 6th Grade and younger is gonna have mostly gaurds ranked. 2020 Ballers New begining even had Jason Harris 10th. I watched Jason Harris get defended by a 5’2 forward at Nationals in the Final four so 5’9 doesn’t mean anything right now. I see it all the time. Its easy to score when your the tallest but when other kids catch up to you your done. ALL these kids have upside and potential right now.

    2020 Baller Rankings

    1. Jalen Suggs/5’4″/SG/Wisc. Playground Elite & Team Suggs (2019)
    2. Hunter Jackson/5’2″/SG/G3 Rising Stars & Indy Storm (2019)
    3. Shemar Morrow/5’9″/C/TNBA West Elite
    4. Mike Saunders/4’10″/PG/G3 Rising Stars
    5. Juwon Carpenter/5’2″/PG/We All Can Go All Stars
    6. Kyree Walker/5’7″/C/Georgia Hawks & CMA (2019)
    7. Marcus Bagley/5’8″/C/916 Select
    8. Zahree Harrison/5’0″/PG/Team Phenom East
    9. Langston Binns/5’3″/SF-PF/Wisc. Playground Elite & Team Suggs (2019)
    10. Jason Harris/5’9″/C/916 Select

If you add both ranking together you will still have Suggs and Saunders tied at #1, Carpenter, Morrow, Jackson, Harris, Walker as the top kids.So @AAUFan99 what are you basing your opinion on? Does 2020 Baller lose credibility. Besides Morrow, Jefferson ,Saunders, and Jackson all play for G3 so your child has a better chance of getting emberassed then he does.

  49. No Doubt says:

Its all about exposure baby regardless if you love him or hate them they are recongnized talent which is all these parents try to do. Keep school 1st boys the rest these hilarious parents that try to pick apart and hate on are doing the spread of your name for you.

  50. Zion is a FRAUD!!!! YOU KNOW IT….THATS Y HE WAS HOMESCHOOLED IN FIRST PLACE…..HE IS TOO SMALL FOR HIS AGE….KEEP IT REAL…WE BOTH KNOW HIS AGE……NOT HIS GRADE!!!

    • Zion Harmon. 4th Grade Ashburton Elementry in Bethesda
Maryland(Check it out). Why Homescholed last year. None of your concern. If he could not play, it would not matter. Maryland’s Finest. Hating.

Controvesial Kid at the lower Grassroot
level. Real age 10. Birth year 2002.
Graduating year 2021. Love for the game. Immessurable. No player at the 4th or 5th grade level has to be game planned for at the level as he does. Junk defenses. Box in 0nes. Triangle in 2s with 2 men on him. Half court presses. Traps and double traps. I could go on and on. The only way you can stop him is to keep the ball out of his hands. To Middle School Elite Camp. Play him at 4th, 5th,6th, or 7th. It does not matter. The kid is comming. Comming to play the game that he loves. He is comming to inspire and to be inspired. God bless all. Haters and Non-haters.

      • It is mighty funny to me that all these other kids that are Grade Exceptions and Late birthday kids in
the 5th playing 4th and in the 6th playing 5th do not get all of this hatred. Rank Zion Harmon
where you want to. Play him whereever you want to. It does not matter. All of the politics will come
to an end one day. A lot of people play their kids on these stacked teams because they are trying to hide their kids. We will never try to hide Zion.
Lets play basketball not hide and seek.

        • Team Glory Mom says:

          Say no more………Checkmate!

          • RansedO says:

I was trying to help you out. No need to get defensive. If you go on record with an actual date, that should settle it. Thanks for putting it out there. Now people can move on I guess.

        • Clownfaceglory says:

So Zion was 10 1/2 years old playing at 9u Nationals? That is sad. The same kid that got all these MVP awards against 6th and 7th graders is bragging about playing against 8 and 9 year olds. Zion will never play on a stacked team because he never passes the ball. Thats the scouting report on Glory, double team him and he will still shoot it. Glory has never beat a top ranked 2020 team. He gets 30+ points on 40+ shots.

      • More proof!!! Zion played 2nd grade nationals last year as well as 3rd!!! Fake ass hooper!!! homeschooled so he can claim any grade….but he is 11 going on 12….pint sized hooper cant compete with his age so he plays down to look like a stud!!! LOL!!!

        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xL7D6lFqYmg&feature=plcp

      • realllly says:

no need to go into all this detail and explaing.just let them speak and move on.they want you to get ruffled

    • Team Glory Mom says:

I got the paper work so its like this….if he is so old and he is cheating GET HIM KICKED OUT!! Report it….get him removed….ask DC Assualt, he played for them to at the age of 6 and 7…..do some REAL research, tell the district, call AAU…DO SOMETHING!! LOL…..blog talking is gossip, do something about it with all this PROOF you have, whats putting it on this website gonna do…Go to Potomac Valley and DO something about it…Hurry, Regionals is vastly approaching!! I’ll wait………….

      • 11 yr old Zion will not be a D1 prospect….he will eventually HAVE to play his age….his pint sized azz will be exposed!!! lol….enjoy hooping against true 4th graders ( 8-9) because REALITY WILL BE HERE SOON…HIGH SCHOOL!!! LMAO!!!!

        • Age aint nothing but a number says:

SMH 1st 4th graders are 9 and 10! and if your statement holds true(“REALITY WILL BE HERE SOON…HIGH SCHOOL!!!”) then let time take its course! Why bash a kid with dreams? You do know kids read this stuff as well! SMH…. Cmon man you have to be better than that!

        • Team Glory Mom says:

PROTEST!! blogging will not help and 10 year old Zion will be fine…..THX!

          • RansedO says:

I don’t have a dog in the fight here, but now I’m interested because this is all crazy. What is this kid’s date of birth in 2002? That ought to put it to rest. not just the year – the date. If you have all paperwork you must have the birth date. His parents probably have the birth certificate with them at tournaments, right?

          • Team Glory Mom says:

I KEEP it with me….March 12, 2002…now scroll up and read AAU certifieds post….Ends it all!

      • Crazy says:

I would be so embarrased if my mom came on here talking like this woman does, no wonder he is critized.. Go to church find a hobby

        • Team Glory Mom says:

Im not his mother my dear and I would be embarrased as an adult bashing a damn 10 year old, I have said nothing insane or untoward to anyone, so talking like what? I said if you feel so strongly about it DO somethng about it, putting it on…go to the district, AAU has age rules as well as grade exceptions so go to them with your “evidence” and “proof” and handle it…

          • Well says:

So he is just a older 4th grader that is cool which is in the AAU rules just in March he will be 11 playing 10 U 4th grade ball. No rules being broke he is playing his grade now

      • midwesthooper says:

but this is ant his momma…. lol

  51. 2020 ballers says:

2020 ballers has the better ranking hands down

  52. Age aint nothing but a number says:

People People People, Age does not matter, if youre kid is good enough to get a scholarship he will get one! If youre kid can ball he will ball! The older kids will not always be better and will not always be the strongest! These rankings will change, players will come and go, new players will be added, and more players will be RECLASSED! Get over it. If one is playing within the rules what does it matter, it will not stop unless the rules are changed, and i dont see that happening (too much money involved). If a kid is elgible to play 4th grade, he can play 4th grade. So you can either gripe and moan, or stay in the lab and seize youre opportunity when it comes. Every kid will have their opportunity! Just make sure youre child is prepared when that opportunity comes! Mines will be! And remember every kid has thier own timetable when it comes to development!

  53. Zion birthdate is March 10, 2001!!!! i have proof!!!! he is a fraud!!!!

    • Team Glory Mom says:

      PROTEST…what are you waiting for!

      • Team Glory Mom….YOU AND UR BOY ARE A JOKE!!! KMSL

        • Age aint nothing but a number says:

Marylands Finest AAU are you an adult or a child on this site? I ask that qustion without any sarcasm, cause i cant believe an adult would bash a 10 or 11 yr old or however old he is! If you have proof, protest and expose them. If not why keep complaining. Green is not a good color on you. If the kid has been held back, so freaking what! No different than the other grade exceptions on this list! Like i said before everything will take care of itself, it happens all the time.

          • @AGE AINT……I WANT THEM TO COME CLEAN…BC ALL TALENT IS NOT HELD BACK!!!!! THERE ARE SOME VERY GOOD PLAYERS ON THE AAU CIRCUIT PLAYING CORRECT AND NOT BEING HELD BACK…..PERIOD….ZION IS A PINT SIZED FRAUD THAT WONT BE TALL ENOUGH TO PLAY IN COLLEGE…..PERIOD!!!

        • Team Glory Mom says:

@Marylands Finest HATER…in one post you say you know the family and he’s in 6th grade, the next post you say you have proof he was born in 2001, then another post you say 10 or 11 yrs old or however old he is…Which one is it?? I thought you had the proof, then you post a video with a kid that is NOT even Zion…YOU my dear are a FRAUD and a HATER and you STILL mad, and will be…now like I said before, GO PROTEST, Middle School Elite is not the place for your issues, Potomac Valley is…Handle that before you have a heart attack. Thx!

          • @ Team Phony Mom…..LOL!!! MY POINT IS PROVEN…I HAVE EVERYONE KNOW SEEING WHAT I SAID( JUST LOOK AT THE COMMENTS)….I FINALLY GOT AN ADMITTANCE..(LOOK AT THE COMMENT FROM AGE AINT NUTHING) WHERE IT IS FINALLY SAID…WHAT WE ALL KNEW…ZION IS A HOLDBACK!!!!! HE CANT FUCK WITH HIS AGE SO…..HE PLAYS DOWN……YOU GUYS SHOULD CALL HIM…

ZION THE LYING!!!!!! NOT ZION THE LION…LMAO!!!

            OH PS….F-U AND HIM….LOL!!!!!!

          • Team Glory Mom says:

WOW!! Did you just say F me and a kid…Well I wanna see you say that when you see us, because whenever Coach Doug presses any of you guys out you simply cop pleas and blame the other org…..Something is truly wrong with you and you need help BAD…how many 10 year olds were at 3rd grade Nationals…SEVERAL so whats wrong, whats the issue, whats the problem….people dont believe you you’re just entertaining and sad…Why dont you expose yourself….who are you so that when we do encounter one another I conduct myself accordingly….

  54. interested says:

I noticed that Zion isn’t ranked on the 2020 New Beginning list. Wonder what the creator of that page would rank him.

  55. Damn son says:

@interested they wouldn’t rank Zion because they don’t know whether he is in the class of 2021 2020 or 2019

  56. More proof!!! Zion played 2nd grade nationals last year as well as 3rd!!! Fake ass hooper!!! homeschooled so he can claim any grade….but he is 11 going on 12….pint sized hooper cant compete with his age so he plays down to look like a stud!!! LOL!!! Glory boys are a joke!!

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xL7D6lFqYmg&feature=plcp

    • Correction says:

That’s not Zion in the video. It’s a different Glory player who also plays in several different grades in their program, so maybe that’s why you are confused. He is a solid player and a very nice kid. I only know him in passing, but I don’t believe his age disqualifies him from playing in 2nd grade nationals in 2012. Just my 2 cents.

  57. TeamTakeover says:

Why is anyone talking about Glory? They suck! They used 3rd graders to play 2nd grade nationals and 4th graders to win 3rd grade nationals. Proof is in the videos, the same kids you see at 2nd grade nationals was also at 3rd. @TeamGlorymom, you can confirm since you have all the paperwork. The same kids that played at 2011 8u Nationals also played 2012 8u Ntionals. Your so quick to talk about how your kids play up 6th and 7th grade but you play kids down and then claim they are “Homeschooled”. No other organization does that. When your kids play there actual grade they get clowned. Your 2020 team is terrible because Zion takes all the shots. Instead of getting kids better you will look for a 6th grader and “Homeschool” him to play down. Zion has a great skill set, but the circus act going on in the Glory Camp is a joke.

    • Stephanie says:

Hey who is this from Takeover this is Darions mom G3 how are you guys doing I’ve been trying to see if any of the moms are on Facebook and see how you guys are doing my Facebook is under Stephanie Beaver-Smith cause I don’t have time for foolishness and the foolishness that goes on this page is ridiculous all the lies and stories lol

  58. TeamTakeover says:

Zion played 8u Nationals 3 times and 9u Nationals twice, he will probably play 10u again this year. Each year he plays down. The closer he plays to his age the worse he does. He only dominates when he is a year and a half older then everyone else. Check AAU website and you will see. Look at the 2nd grade Nationals video and you will see the same kids at 3rd grade nationals. What you will not see is any of the 3rd graders on the 4th grade team playing because none of the kids can compete in AAU against kids there age. They claim he plays up 7th in camps but was at 3rd grade nationals last year. How many of these 5th graders on this list was at 3rd grade nationals last year….only one.

    • Age aint nothing but a number says:

Everything you are saying may be true! But my question still stands what does it matter? What about the kids on this list that should have been at 5th grade nationals last year! There are at least 5 kids in this lists top 10 that should be class of 2019 or maybe 2018! But it does not matter! If they were eligibe within the rules how is it cheating? Every parent has a right to do what they want with thier kid! Although we all may not agree, this is the playing field. Lets stop bashing these kids and encourage them all to get better! Cause they do read this! And im sure all of them work hard and make sacrifices to be noticed.

    • midwesthooper says:

dang, good point your right none of these kids were at 3rd nationals last year whats even crazier glory trys to win that bad to send one kid who takes all the shots to the little kids nationals that bad.. So they have a kid that plays with 3rd graders 4th graders and 5th graders and proably 6th too and has the nerve to come on a 2020 ranking… what a joke..

  59. @ Team glory Mom….U8 does not mean under 8, fool!!!! Zion according to you was 10 during Nationals last year and played U9….SO NO DUMB ASS…….LIKE I SAID HE IS A CHEATING PINT SIZED FRAUD!!!!! YOU CLAIM HIS BD IS 3-12-02….THAT WOULD MEAN THAT DURING AAU SEASON LAST YEAR (WHICH TYPICALLY BEGINS IN MARCH….HE WAS 10…PLAYING 9 AND UNDER!!!!! )))) CHEATERS….LIKE I SAID….HE CANT HANG WITH HIS AGE…SO HE GETS HOME SCHOOLED TO PLAY DOWN!!!! FOOL!!!!!

    • Age aint nothing but a number says:

What if his bday was after Sept 2002? He would have (technically by the school calander) been a third grader last year! Would you still be bashing him or anyone else? Thats only 6 months or so! I just dont see what the big deal is. IJS……….

      • @ Age…THE POINT IS!!!!! HIS BDAY IS NOT AFTER SEPT. 2002…YOU HAVE BEEN HOMESCHOOLED JUST SO YOU CAN PLAY DOWN…..YOU ARE A FRAUD…ALSO LOOK AT COMMENTS BY TEAM TAKEOVER….IT IS SO EVIDENT…DONT BRAG LIKE YOU ARE A DOMINANT PLAYER WHEN YOU ARE DOING IT AGAINST SMALLER, LESS DEVELOPED KIDS…..PLAY YOUR AGE…NOT YOUR FALSE GRADE AND THEN IF YOU ARE TOP DOG…GREAT!!!!!!!

        • Age aint nothing but a number says:

Okay he was held back! For whatever reason! Its not going to change anything! If its within the rules, does it matter how one takes advantage of them? The ones who are suppose to be there in the end will be there, age grade or whatever the case may be. Not trying to change your mind on the matter, but just wondering why you are bashing a kid and thier parents for doing something that has been done for years in every competitive sport! If they felt he had a better chance at sucess in a different class, then so be it. It doesnt mean your child wont get whats coming to him or her.

  60. realllly says:

bottom line is good for these young men for working hard and being noticed
    parents you should be proud
they will have to continueto work hard to stay on top
because years down the road, a 5th grade ranking really does not matter

  61. Gotta See This!! says:

This is easily the hardest, off the glass dunk by any 13 year I’ve ever seen. I see why MSElite ranked him so high. There are grown men in the NBA who can’t do this…

    http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=keQ_YcUWv9g

  62. A Shame says:

If you notice, the ONLY people who have something negative to say are people from Maryland his HOME TOWN, you would think they would support a child, I cant believe Im reading all of these ridiculous comments about these children, these are children which everyone is forgetting, @ Marylands Finest you are a very sick individual to actually be on the internet wishing for a childs demise, thats very sad and I hope that karma doesnt come back to harm your children for that, I have never seen anything like this all for a kid who has done something thats been done for years. I wish all these boys the best and surely hope they all succeed because thats what we all want for our children in the end. I will pray for everyone who has all this hate in their heart about a game for children….Good Day and Good Luck everyone.

  63. Protesting AAU says:

AAU should change age rules to avoid all this trash talk, especially about these young children who have out of control parents who care more about next weekends tournament than getting good grades in school. And let’s not go there with the “honor student” crap when they either home school their kids with no accountability or hold their kid back 2 years (doing 4th grade work instead of 6th grade work). Age limits should mirror baseball….you play your age regardless of school grade. To avoid cheating, all players need to provide a State photo ID or passport….it’ s that simple. The AAU program needs to change their ways…it’ s getting out of hand.

    • @ PROTESTING AAU…EXACTLY….I CANT RESPECT A TEAM OR AN ORGANIZATION THAT DOES THAT….IF THE KID IS 11..PLAY OTHER 11 YR OLDS OR OLDER…DONT PLAY 8-9 YEAR OLDS AND CLAIM TO BE THE NEXT LEBRON!!!!

    • Age aint nothing but a number says:

@ Protesting AAU its not going to matter, if it goes to age based, people are going to complain when people get players with “good birthdays” according the cutoff date. This goes on in baseball as well! Hockey, Football, Tennis, soccer, any sport that is played at a competitve level during elementary and middle school years! Its not going anywhere! Here is the baseball AAU rule “The age determination date for competitors will be May 1 of the current (2012) season. A player’s age on May 1 of the current season is the youngest age group in which he may participate for that season.” So a kid born on or prior to May 1 2002 will play 11u in 2013, but so will a kid born after may 1 2001 (who turns 12 in 2013) will be able to play 11u as well. And then will come the gripes of parents about a team full of 5/6th grade 12 year olds playing a team full of 4/5th grade 11 year olds Its not going to stop kids from getting reclassed! Its not going to stop kids from getting home schooled! And speking of being home schooled, how do you know what curriculum a child is being exposed too? If your statement holds true it would be no different than a child getting a bball scholarship that cant qualify academeically to get in college, that went to school (IN THE TRADITIONAL SENSE) their whole life. Again as i have said over and over! In the context of this convo, age aint nothing but a number! The kids who will be their in the end will be there! No need to bash another kid or parent that chooses to home school thier kid or hold thier kid back a year to give them an advantage or oppurtunity, if you dont agree thats ur right, but dont bash or accuse.

      • @ AGE…INCORRECT AGAIN….AGE WOULD BE BETTER….BECAUSE YOU WOULD NOT SEE THE 2 YEAR GAPS IN THE KIDS…..AND THUS IT WILL REALLY JUDGE A KID’S TALENT…YOU MAY BE THE BEST 4TH GRADER AT 11 PLAYING AGAINST SMALLER YOUNGER KIDS…BUT AN AVERAGE PLAYER AGAINST OTHER 11 YEAR OLDS!!!! AS WITH ZION!!!!!!

  64. Kenneth says:

Its good to see these kids get some recognition, but there are at least 3 – 5 players from around the city of Houston that deserves to be in this ranking. Their teams play in Primetime Nationals tournaments or MAYB Nationals, just havent been to Nationals. But this year they will play in AAU Nationals. They have played We All Can Go, Memphis War Eagles and a few others that have played in Nationals. So hopefully this year they will get some recognition.

  65. I want to thank you Maryland’s Finest and Takeover for hating on Zion so much that you would lie on a child to the point of trying to degrade him just because of hid performance level. I thank you because it just helped prepare us to look out for our children closer and protect them from all haters. I do want you to know that your lies and hatred is not working because we did talk to Mike Saunders and MSE and are sending him all of Zion’s accurate information so that they can call Ashburton Elementry school and get the proper Grade (4th) and we will have his
original Birth Cirtificate on hand so he can be properly
evaluated and it will expose all of your lies and hatred.
Thank you once again. Oh, and it is also funny that Maryland,s Finest had at least 3 grade exceptions on their 2nd grade National championship Team that beat our 2nd Grade
Runner Up Team but we are not crying or putting down your children. And you Takeover who we beat in the Quaterfinals of the 2nd Grade Nationals and in The Championship Game of the 3rd Grade Nationals. It is mighty funny that you had at least 3 Grade exceptions on your 3rd Grade Runner up Team that we beat but no one is putting your children down. And those same children that play on that Takeover Team played for Clinton Boys and Girls Club and Lost to Oxon Hill Boys and Girls Club(Zion’s Team) in the County Championship. So you know that Zion and all of your kids have 2002 Birth years or they would not allow them to play. So the playing field is even. The kids are all born with the same birth year. Stop hating on kids. Stop making excuses and just get in the Gym and work harder. All of your hating is just fueling Zion to get better. By the way. Check out BBallspotlight. See you in Indiana. Peace out.

  66. Crybaby says:

Ah devin Hightower is light and right by lil mike and Zion

  67. I do not know who is the best but we will see. With all of
this talk it is sure set up to be a good camp. Christmas in Indiana. Just make sure that you are there. You do not want to miss it. Hey, remember to bring your popcorn. It is going to be a show.

  68. NWICOACH says:

How strict is AAU?ig this kid is so old then how does he compete year after year without getting caught?

  69. NWICOACH says:

Anyone saying what does it matter obviously isn’t a coach it doesn’t have a kid playing in that age and I do have a 8u team and a kid who plays so it does matter I don want my kid who is 7 and playing up to go against a 11 year old kid that claims to be playing 8u

    • Age aint nothing but a number says:

@NWICOACH I am a coach as well as a parent who has a son playing 4th grade. First a kid 11u cannot play 8U/(2nd grade) period. The oldest they can be is 9 and in most cases it will not even be a full year. It just depends on when birthdays fall. In the event a kid is held back, under most circumstances it still will not be a whole year. For example most kids in the 4th grade they were either born in 2002 or 2003, those born in 2002 were probably born after Sept, which would result in them being 4 in spet 2007 which caused them to have to wait til the following school year to start school in 2008.Thus resulting in them being 9 in the 2nd grade during aau season. Even in the result of a kid being held back a year in most instances it will still not result in a kid being a full 12 months older than another kid. The only time that comes in to play is when you have a kid with a late bday after september and they are held back. This problem works itself out usually by middle school and definitly in high school! That is why i said it diesnt matter. Again a kid cannot be two years older in a age grade division! If they are they are cheating. That is not the rule.

      • False Info says:

A kid can be 2 years older if player “A” is in the 5th grade born September 4, 2000 he can play 5th grade/11U because he doesn’t turn 13 before September 1, 2013. Player “B” might also be in the 5th grade and have a late birthday like August 1, 2002. Some kids have summer birthdays and parents choose to start kids in kindergarten early. In this case if Nationals is played in July, Player “A” is 12 and player “B” is still 10.

        • Gametime says:

@false info. I know people cheat but in your example player B would still be able to play 10u as a legitimate grade exemption. Because he is the right age just not the right grade.

        • Age aint nothing but a number says:

@False info we are saying the same thing! I brought this scenario up in the latter part of my statement if you read the whole statement! ( “The only time that comes in to play is when you have a kid with a late bday after september and they are held back. This problem works itself out usually by middle school and definitly in high school!”) But that is still not a full 2 years! By rule a kid will not be a full 2yrs older than another kid! And if you did not in my post i said “most instances”. And even using that example Kid A is only 1 grade (school calander year) behind, and kid B is a fews days/weeks from being a 4th grader! Do U pull the extreme from both ends of the spectrum to say it is the norm? No matter what the rules are they will always be extreme ends of the rule, no matter what rule u use.

      • TRUTH says:

@ AGE AINT…IT DOES HAPPEN!!!!!!! TEAMS TAKE KIDS THAT ARE SMALL IN STATUTE AND PLAY THEM DOWN USING FALSE BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND REPORT CARDS (THEY GET FRIENDS OR FAMILY WITH KIDS THAT AGE TO OFFER FALSE DOCUMENTATION),,,,,,,U KNOW IT!!!! HAPPENS ALL THE TIME IN AAU!!!!!! STOP LYING TO HELP YOURSELF!!!!

        • Age aint nothing but a number says:

@Truth please! (“STOP LYING TO HELP YOURSELF!!!!”) You read a post and pull from it what u want. Hence my statement “Again a kid cannot be two years older in a age grade division! IF THEY ARE THEY ARE CHEATING!.” “By rule” Im only speaking of the rules. Thank you!

          • TRUTH says:

@ AGE…AKA…DUMBASS…..YOU PROBABLY HAVE A KID THAT IS CHEATING…THATS WHY YOU ARE DEFENDING THE SITUATION!!!!! YOU KNOW IT DOES HAPPEN!!!!! DUMBASS!!!! YOU CHEATERS KILL ME!!!!

  70. NWICOACH says:

Does aau nationals not ask for membership cards or any thing verifying their age?

  71. middleschoolhoops says:

@Jefferson I like Brevins game..are you the guys that are related to. George Hill?

  72. JEFFERSON says:

@middleschoolhoops/ thank you for appreciating Brevin’s game. and we are not realted by blood to George Hill. But my son is with him often and he is out with him sometimes.

  73. Age aint nothing but a number says:

@ Truth AKA ASSCLOWN!First i am not condoning cheating or anything of the sort! I am only stating rules! And no i am not cheating but i do have a son that plays 4th and 5th grade. He was born july 30 2002. The age cutoff at his school was August 15, so as parents we decided to let him start the next school year for various reasons (none haviing to do with aau basketball or any sport). So he is a 4th grader! And he is good enough to play 5th grade. Again i am in no way condoning CHEATING! I am only speaking on those who are playing within the rules! You may not like the rules, but these are the rules. If im defending anyone, its those who play within the rules! Period! Again i initially only only spoke because a kid was being attacked and called names! I said if you have proof that they are protest! I even said if you dont want to give me the info and i will put up the 100 bucks! But if you dont have proof or dont agree with ones parenting, then dont attack the kid! I also said again and again that this problem will work itself out in time. In middle school or in high school! No one seems to remeber if Jabari Parker won a 2-8th grade aau national championship do they?

  74. Truth says:

@ AGE MAKES ME A DUMBASS…..YOU HELD YOUR SON BACK FOR SPORTS…..DONT LIE…FOOL, YOU DID THAT AND HE STILL CANT PLAY RIGHT…..TELL THE TRUTH…..LOL….YALL SORRY MUFU’S KILL ME…PLAYING YOUR KIDS DOWN TO LOOK LIKE STARS AND REALLY THEY LOOK LIKE SHIT….LMAO…..

    • Age aint nothing but a number says:

@ Truth Now lets adress your comments that make you a dumbass! “PLAYING YOUR KIDS DOWN TO LOOK LIKE STARS” My son was 2 weeks away from from the school cutoff date! So 2 weeks equals playing him down? gtfoh! The desscion was made when he was 3 years old well before sports were even a thought! And u are also a dumbass for attacking kids ( AND REALLY THEY LOOK LIKE SHIT) For your sake i hope the saying the apple doesnt fall far from the tree doesnt hold true! I hpe your kids dont end up like you!

      • Truth says:

@ AGE….I HOPE YOURS DON’T END UP LIKE YOU AND GROW UP AND NOT KNOW HOW TO SPELL….DESSCION…LMAO….IT IS CORRECTLY SPELLED “DECISION”…I GUESS THAT IS WHY YOUR KID WAS HELD BACK!!! KMSL…..DUMBASS AND DUMBASS JR.

        • Age aint nothing but a number says:

@ Truth Really? Youre sicker and dumber than i thought? Keep talking about kids as if u have nothing better to with with ur life. SMH…….. Truth is you dont! Get a life dude, or get on with urs! Worry about urs cause if they are anything like you, they have a long way to go buddy!

          • TRUTH says:

@ AGE….ITS CHRISTMAS….SO I GUESS ILL LEAVE YOU AND YOUR PUNK ASS KID ALONE….FOR NOW….AS LONG AS YOU KEEP YOUR MOUTH CLOSED AND DON’T SAY ANOTHER WORD…YOU WILL GET A PASS!!!!

  75. facts says:

Saunders and Wyatt are the only two legit 10 year olds in the list. Watch out for them when they hit pubert! Lol

    • TRUTH says:

@ FACTS….YOU MAY BE RIGHT!!!! THAT IS ALL IM SAYING…MOST OF THESE KIDS AND OTHERS ARE NOT LEGIT!!! THEY GET HOMESCHOOLED TO PLAY DOWN AND WHEN THEY HIT HIGH SCHOOL THEY GET THEIR ASS HANDED TO THEM…..90% OF THEM ANYWAYS……THE ONES PLAYING UP ARE THE ONES GETTING BETTER!!!!

  76. LOL says:

@TRUTH….you are so mad and Im confused as to why?? Its X-mas, cheer up!

  77. Age aint nothing but a number says:

@ Truth Ur really sad! A pass from someone is beneath me means absolutely nothing to me! And the truth is you know you are beneath me! I mean really, who talks about a kid? And feels good about it! Sounds like you are the fraud! Couldnt hack it with adults so you resort to talk about and bash kids! Not only does he talk about Kids , but he hides behind the walls of the internet to do so! Sad and pathetic excuse for a man( or woman)!

Now as ive said repeatedly the kids who are suppose to be there in the end (held back or not) will be there! These rankings mean absolutley nothing! Kids will come and go in these rankings!I said age doesnt matter cause this problem works itself out by middle school or high school! There is no reason to talk about kids, or bash kids on a website that kids read.

  78. RealAAU says:

Leesburg Basketball Club of Virginia won D2 Nationals last year and BEAT THE BRAKES off of G3, Maryland’s Finest & DC Assault amongst others….at the Maryland Invitational Tournament i.e. MIT. Their best player #23 Jeremy Roach may be the best player in this class. #42 is a tough small forward/power forward also. Their guards are lightning quick and well coached. They are playing D-1 this season as they have retooled their team also for a run at the 5th Grade “Chip.” So all of you who say D-2 players should not be ranked in the top 25, you better think again. I was at M.I.T and saw them wreck shop on all those D-1 Powerhouse teams, organizations, etc… And they have only been in existence two years as a program altogether. I wonder who the next great Leesburg type of program will be. One who comes from virtually nowhere to making major noise on the AAU scene very quickly!

    • A.E.B says:

@Realaau I didn’t know that Leesburg beat G3 like that..but you are right Leesburg is well coached and fundamentally sounded team that can compete with the top D1 programs also the evanston battlecats are a good team that were D2 last year also who finished in the final four at nationals

      • Relax says:

I heard Leesburg been hanging on to that G3 win like a lil titty. I guess that’s their claim to fame. Heard G3 was depleted whole squad wasn’t there, and I also heard Leesburg been dodging G3 request to officially smack that ass. D2 aint messing with D1. Quit rappin and get on that court.

  79. TRUTH says:

@ AGE…..I TOLD YOU TO SHUT UP!!!!!! WELL….I DONT CARE IF KIDS DO READ THIS PAGE!!!!! THEY NEED TO KNOW THAT SOMEONE OUT HERE REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY DO…..PLAY DOWN TO LOOK LIKE STARS….SO IF THEY ARE READING….TELL YOUR SORRY ASS PARENTS TO STOP HOMESCHOOLING YOU AND STOP HOLDING YOU BACK….AND PLAY WITH YOUR CORRECT AGE…NOT A BOGUS GRADE,,,,IF YOU CONTINUE TO DO SO…YOU WILL BE CRYING AT 17 WHEN YOU DONT HAVE ANY D1 COLLEGE LOOKS….DUMBASS PARENTS AND SORRY ASS KIDS……GET ON YOUR LEVEL AND SEE HOW YOU STAND!!!!!!

    • Age aint nothing but a number says:

Truth, what about the ones(Holdbacks)who do have D1 looks. What about the one who are crying cause they dont have looks (the ones who arent hold backs) In the end talent is talent! If a parent feels that thier kid needs an extra year to get on track then so be it! If your reasoning is true then y u getting all bent out of shape! let the chips fall where they may! But in the case of my son where is birthday is 30 july 2002, and depending on the school district and their cutoff he could be a 4th grader in one state or district or a fifth grader in another, who the hell are you to tell me i am stupid about me and mine! My son will be 18 like mostly everyone else when they graduate. Hold back or not if a kid is good enough he will be good enough!

  80. Baller Fan says:

    Where’s Julian Newman?

  81. Zion Harmon did show up at the Middle School Elite Christmas Camp. He was the best 4th Grader at the Camp.
He put on a show at 5th Grade. When they moved him up to 6th Grade, the 3 most dominant players that I saw on the floor was Lance, Zion, and Hunter. Zion is a March 2002
Child that plays regurlarly with 6th, 7th, and even 8th
graders. He does not have to play 4th grade to be a dominant player. Half of the kids who will be at the nationals at 4th grade will be 2002 birth-year kids. Some of them will be kids born in 2001 if they have a late birth date (Sept-Dec) and are in the 4th Grade. According to AAU rules Zion has the right to play with kids in his same birth
year(2002). No one is cheating. It is really a shame that adults would bash a kid and make up all sorts of lies on kids because the kid’s skill level is advanced past thier age level. Oh yes, and for Maryland’s Finest. He may be pint sized but his game is not pint sized. Merry Christmas.
P.S. Zion will play at the 4th Grade,5th Grade, and 6th Grade Nationals this year. We will fly him from 4th to 5th. Do not hate.

    • etownbattlecat says:

AAU certified I wasnt at the camp, but I spoke to Lance Jones’s dad and he said the same thing you said that Zion Harmon is the business. If Zion had Lance’s size he would be unstoppable. Lance played well and at one point he and Zion came down the court and put on a three point shooting spree. @Mr. White because two kids take the majority of the shots does not make them selfish, afterall the camp was a place to meet some of the best players on the national scene, I guess some just stepped up more then others.

      • Mr. White says:

I disagree. Maybe that is why I have this job and you have yours.

        • etownbattlecat says:

Ok sir, I’m sorry if I offended you, you are right, I’m just a fan of the game you are a scout who know’s the game. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

      • Mr. White says:

@Etownbattlecat… You said at one point Zion and Lance where both putting on a three point shooting spree, so while they were doing that what were the other kids doing? According to you… not stepping up I’m sure. LOL… Two players on the same team, putting on a shooting spree while 3 others are standing around the basket wide open; what is the best shot to take? The shot inside or the three? I never said they were selfish. I said I saw a lot of selfish play out there and that I believe it is coming from the parents misguided instructions. I don’t believe there was a lot of talent at that camp. Most of the kids there had bad defense, so again kids can look great when no one is defending them. One more thing, next time you want to respond to me, please read my entire comment, so that you don’t take my comments out of context. I’m off to my next camp. Have a nice day! Kids keep working hard and remember Basketball is a team sport…

        • etownbattlecat says:

I wasnt there, going by what I was told, again sir, and I say that with respect to you, I’m just a fan, you are a scout who knows what to look for in a kid, be blessed on your trip to the next camp.

    • @ AAU…ZION LYING TO YOUR TEAMS ADMISSION….HAS BEEN HELD BACK…..SO IF BY YOUR PEOPLE’S ASSERTION….HE SHOULD BE IN 5TH GRADE….SO WHAT IS SO IMPRESSIVE ABOUT PLAYING UP A GRADE…GOING TO 6TH GRADE NATIONALS ISN’T A JUMP….I KNOW A 4TH GRADER WHO IS ACTUALLY 9 AND WONT TURN 10 TILL NEXT AUG….HE IS THE BUSINESS!!!!!! NOTHING LIKE ZION WHO IS IN 4TH BUT 11!!!!!! GET REAL!!!! HE SHOULD BE PLAYING 6TH GRADE BECAUSE HE IS ACTUALLY A 6TH GRADER WITH A 4TH GRADE BODY THAT HAS BEEN HELD BACK BECAUSE HE IS PINT SIZED…AND WONT BE BIG ENOUGH TO PLAY 2 GUARD IN COLLEGE…AND CONSIDERING HE HAS NO POINT GUARD SKILLS….HE WILL END UP AT A JUCO,,,,AND BECOME A LOCAL LEGEND IN WASHINGTON PLAYING CITY LEAGUES AFTER HE FLUNKS OUT OF JUCO…LOL!!!!! ZION LYING BIRTHDAY IS MARCH 10, 2001!!! I HAVE PROOF!!!!!! OH YEAH…LOOK AT TEAM TAKEOVER’S COMMENTS….EVERYONE IN THIS AREA KNOWS HOW THE GLORY BOYS AKA PHONY BOYS GET DOWN…CMON SON!!!!

      • HAHA says:

Also, you’re still putting your proof on THIS website, How does that stop the “cheating”…Would you PLEASE hurry up and go to Potomac Valley, you’re making a fool out of yourself on this silly blog.

    • @ AAU….AS I STATED EARLIER…HER IS A COMMENT FROM YOUR CAMP!!!! SCROLL UP AND YOU WILL FIND WHERE TEAM GLORY MOM STATED………………..

      Team Glory Mom says:
      December 11, 2012 at 12:27 pm

I KEEP it with me….March 12, 2002…now scroll up and read AAU certifieds post….Ends it all!

SO THIS ACCORDING TO YOUR CAMP….MEANS…LYING ZION WILL BE 11 AT NATIONALS…EVEN THOUGH SHE IS LYING ABOUT A YEAR….WHAT ARE YOU BRAGGING ABOUT TAKING HIM TO 6TH GRADE NATIONALS FOR…HE WILL BE THEIR AGE….THAT IS WHERE HE SHOULD BE PLAYING ANY DAMN WAY…NOT WITH 9 YEAR OLDS….AND HAVING HIS PUNK ASS PARENTS AND GAY ASS CAMP TALKING ABOUT HOW DOMINATE HE IS…THE CORRECT WORD FOR HIM BEGINS WITH A “D” BUT IT IS DUMB….PLAY YOUR AGE NOT YOUR FALSE GRADE BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN HOMESCHOOLED TO ACHIEVE IN SPORTS AND STILL WONT BECAUSE HE DOESNT HAVE A PG SKILL SET…THERE IS NO PLACE IN D1 FOR A SMALL SG…..HE WILL FIZZLE OUT ONCE HE GETS TO 8TH GRADE…TRUST ME…THERE HE CANT HID BEHIND HOMESCHOOL!!! LMAO!!!!

  82. Mr. White says:

I do agree with you about Zion and Lance, but they shot the most out of everyone at the camp. What was their shooting percentage? I am not taking anything from them as players, but I thought they should’ve passed more. They played well, but the Hunter kid got locked up by the Harge kid as soon as he came in the game. He could not even go to the basket. That goes to show any kid can look good with a bad defensive player on him. The guard with the dreads did very well also. What is your definition of a domintant player? Is it a player that jacks up crazy shots everytime he gets the ball with other kids wide open right under the goal. That’s what I saw. I was there watching kids take bad shots with kids wide open. I saw very, very selfish play. That’s what I saw from a lot of these players. I think the parents are selfish for telling these kids to shoot everytime they get the ball. That does not make you look like a better player; that makes you look like a ball hog. I saw kids arguing about taking the ball out and who was going to bring it up. That’s “me” basketball and the coaches allowed it. Your idea of dominance isn’t going to earn a kid a scholarship. It shows bad sportsmanship, selfishness, and “Me” style basketball. That will only get you so far. Basketball is a team sport whether you are at a showcase or not. How can every kid have an opportunity to “showcase” when you have kids dominating the ball the entire game? If it is a showcase, then it should be based on skills and drills, not on these “jimmy rigged” games with running and gunning and no coaching or direction.

  83. Mr. White says:

Lastly, I had no kid there. I’m a scout and travel all over looking at middle school talent. When I look at players at this age, I look for unselfishness and players that work together to make the whole team good and win. You can have a great game by yourself and still lose. What did you do to help your team be better and get the big W? Just things to keep in mind… You never know who is out there watching your kid and YOU… When we recruit the kid, we recruit the parents, too. You could end up being the reason your kid gets overlooked.

  84. Real Point Guards says:

Zion and Lance was also taking a lot of shots and over looking their teammates at the east vs west camp..I like pass first guards with high iqs and good decision making for example Mike Saunders Marquise Walker Ketaan Wyatt Chase Adams Sean Q Willis Devin Tolbert Fred Cleveland Jordan Simmons Damon Harge Jaylin Fleming are some of the guards that I have seen that have great court vision and they are dime throwers and love to rack up the assist and they have the ability to take over a game offensively..Lance Jones and Zion Harmon are good players they just have a different approach to the game than other guards and that’s fine too

    • I know says:

@Real Point Guard AkA Leroy Willis that’s your opinion!

    • etownbattlecat says:

So Mr. Real Point Guard why is it that Lance Jones team of last year the Illinois Raptors did well at nationals last year and they were loaded? because he didnt pass the ball??????????? NOT. Ive heard about you and your undercover hating on Lance Jones from two people that you know. I saw you at the east vs west camp with your son, since him and Zion are about the same size, I promise you your son wouldnt get a pass off with Zion guarding him let alone Lance Jones. If your son was bigger and stronger he would shoot alot also, but he’s not so you try and say that Zion Harmon and Lance Jones shoot too much………..please. I have two fith graders on my team who would destroy your son, and I would pay to see your son try and guard my lil hometown baller Lance Jones, look at the stats afterwords coach, and see who has more assists, we aint even gonna talk about points cause we know who’ll have more. Quit undercover hating.

  85. Scout says:

So Zion Harmon is better than Seth Wilson?

  86. Zionlion? says:

So Zion is suppose to b in 5th grade? I agree no cheating and within the rules. But he was held back, prob cause young for his grade, so he is eligible to play 4th. But by birthday he is a 5th grader, so what is so amazing about playing up one age group in the 6th?

    • @ Zionlion? Great Point!!!!! Several kids play up 1 grade!!!! So exactly,,,what is amazing about that..

      • Asists says:

How many assists did the kids who supposedly ran the mse camp do this weekend.. I was not at the camp but heard there was alot of ball hogging leaving players wide open.. It makes since why these players arent ranked high.. the point gaurd or true gaurd is always the better gaurd on a real team. not show boating at a camp trying to get respect.. Earn your respect when it counts.

  87. Real Point Guards says:

@I know that is not my opinion that is what I’ve seen with my own eyes sir!

    • etownbattlecat says:

Again I say put your sons team in a tournament with Lance Jones team, let those two match up, and watch with your own eyes who comes out on top in all the major stats category……….quit hating.

      • LeRoy L. Willis says:

@ etownbattlecat… first of all, How are you doing sir, nice to meet you??? Second of all I did not say the above comments made by whoever “RealPG” is… Thirdly, Im not sure who told you that I would hate on a kid bc they are wrong, I don’t have that kind of time nor would I put negative energy out there on a kid bc I have 3 of them and I wouldn’t want anyone doing that to mine. Next, I don’t even know the Zion kid that you are referring to other than seeing him in one camp. Who cares if Zion or Lance or any other kid for that matter is better than my son all I care about is my kid going to college and I don’t think that no one can stop his blessings but him. And lastly, if you want to call me and have a convo about ball or just life in general and stop hiding behind phony names I can Be reached at (708) 257-2558.

Shouts out to Lance’s dad for calling me to ask whether or not I was on this site bashing kids. He knew that he could call me instead of just assuming this BS… This Adult garbage is the kind of stuff that makes kids not like each other…

And whoever “RealPG” is, I would appreciate if you would acknowledge the fact that you and I are not the same person!!! THNX

  88. Real Point Guards says:

@Etownbattlecat no one is hating on lance and zion dumbass..Stevie wonder could see that those two like to take a lot of shots I’m not the only person who agree that lance and zion are aggressive and like to take over the ball…lance and zion are not pure point guards they are combo guards who like to attack every chance they get which is fine but again players like chase adams Sean willis jordan simmons marquise walker devin tolbert fred cleveland ray j ketaan wyatt mike saunders are true point guards I’m not talking about who is the better player or pg I’m stating who are real point guards and who’s not!

    • etownbattlecat says:

Real Point Guards dont get it twisted, the only dumbass is you, If those two are not point guards dont try and put them in that category. If they are known for scoring then say that, dont try and say they shoot alot and dont pass to their teammates…….dumbass, also you know who I am quit hiding behind a phonie ass pen name, I stand by what I said put your point guard son in a tournament with Lance Jones the combo guard and watch who comes out on top.

  89. Real Point Guards says:

@Etownbattlecat Im not hiding..what I’m suppose to be scared of you!! Chill out with the tough talk and I don’t need to put a team in a tournament with anyone..I never said anyone was better than lance or zion they are just not real point guards and they shoot the ball more than melo and kobe

    • Lance's Dad says:

I was gonna stay out of this mess, but its to much mud slinging now, first let me start out by saying Real Point Guards, you are not LeRoy Willis hiding behind a name, I spoke to him today and he assured me you’re not him. etownbattlecat I know who you are homie, I also spoke to you this morning. The thing is this regardless to if Lance shoots too much, or is’nt a true point guard, or even a combo guard. he’s gonna go to college anyway, whether its for playing bball or academics, he will go. Lance just loves being a kid first and foremost, a uncle to his big brothers son, and a great student at Martin Luther King Jr lab school in Evanston. I had to learn to just let him be a kid on the court, quit yelling at him, and you know what…………he’s a better hooper now, thats just my opinion, so in the famous words of the late Rodney King ” Cant We Just Get Along “

  90. Maryland’s Finest. Your hate for a child has reached another level. You are breaking records. You are so Holy that you have become a Prophet. Predicting their doom. Boy, if you keep it up, soon, every FOOL in the world will be worshiping you for your greatness.
Wow, you are talking about D1 and talking down D2,D3,and Juco. Even though you have power to pridict doom, you seem to be to short-sighted to see the real importance of these kids playing sports. Well, let me help you. If we are doing this with the right purpose, it should not matter if a kid is pint sized or 7 feet tall. If they go to D1 or Juco. I thought that our purpose was to try to give opportunity so that we can keep another black child out of Jail. Most of the kids that we are talking about on here are black young men. I thought if they got a scholarship of any kind by using their God given abilities that it was a success story. We have enough black men in jail or on the streets. Well, apperently you dont see it that way. Maybe you are white and have millions or black and have millions and hating on other blacks over basketball.
Well, I do not see it like that. I believe that any black child whether small or tall who uses his or her God given ability to get an education(D1,D2,D3,or JUCO)and become a successful young man or woman thats able to raise their children and provide an opportunity for them is a success story. Be careful you finest prophet with your doom predicting on kids. Remember, the things that you sow, you shall also reep. P.S. Bring your fake information to the Nationals and Protest prophet of doom. AND LOOSE YOUR MONEY. It will not be the 1st time that someone protested against Zion and lost their money. They tried it at the 8u Nationals. Eligibility is determined by the AAU NOT YOU. And I sure hope that your prophesy of doom do not come back on your own child. Be careful.

    • Observer says:

Wow. I believe that ANY child, of ANY ethnicity, who uses their God-given and well-practiced abilities to get a good education and become a success in life should be fully supported. You’re entering some dangerous territory with your choice of wording, sir or madam. This is not a private Facebook page.

  91. And regarless of what you think. There are a large number of pint sized talented Guards that are in D1 schools. In other contries Pro Leagues snd in the NBA playing basketball today. Are you saying that because a kid is small they should not play basketball. 6 feet and below.
JJ Berea, Jameer Nelson, Nate Robinson, Mo Williams, Kyle Laury, Seth Curry, Chris Paul, Issiah Thomas(Sac Kings),Norris Cole,DJ Augustine, Kimba Walker, Kyrie Irving, Ty Lawson. The list goes on and on from past to present. And more are comming. “It is not the size of the dog in the fight, It is the size of the fight in the Dog.”

    • ZION ISNT A TRUE POINT!!! THE PLAYERS YOU NAMED ARE!!!! THAT WILL BE THE DIFFERENCE….LOOK AT SCOTTY REYNOLDS…THE REASON HE NEVER MADE IT WAS BECAUSE HE WAS UNDERSIZED FOR A 2 AND COULDNT PLAY PG BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF SKILL SET!!!

  92. @ AAU…..YOU KNOW I AM RIGHT!!!! DID YOU SEE THE COMMENTS BY TEAM GLORY MOM…..HE WILL BE 11 PLAYING AGAINST 9 YEAR OLD TRUE 4TH GRADERS NOT HOLDBACKS, HOMESCHOOLED…ETC….MY BIGGEST QUESTION IS THIS….IF ZION IS SO GREAT AND TO THE ADMISSION OF YOUR CAMP,,,HE IS NOT IN AGE CORRECT GRADE…WHY NOT CLASSIFY HIM AS 5TH….YOU CLAIM HE DOES WELL WITH HOMESCHOOL…SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF PLAYING DOWN? JUST BECAUSE THE RULES ALLOW IT….? I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT….WHAT ABOUT THE TRUE KIDS PLAYING TRUE….THAT IS MY WHOLE POINT OF THIS….I KNOW ZION IS NOT THE ONLY ONE DOING IT…BUT I DO PERSONALLY KNOW HIS PEEPS AND THE TEAM!!!

  93. eastcoast says:

is this site just for black ball players ??????

  94. High School Coach says:

When did reclassifying a kid become a crime?? No matter the talent level, when did it become wrong or frowned upon??

  95. Big Worm Big Perm says:

This site is hilarious….I dont understand why everyone is caught up in all the rankings. I will guarantee you that when you come back to this list 4-5 years from now most of these kids wont be on it. I talked to a college coach and he was laughing at the rankings from these so called experts. Have you ever looked at some of the guys that come up with these rankings. They have never played a sport in their life. It is all about the money and all about you paying to go to these camps so your kid can get ranked. Spend your money on training and get in the gym and play. If your good you will get noticed…if your not you will get passed by. If your a point guard and your little as hell you are a dime a dozen. There are thousand of kids across the country just like you. College coaches are looking for height and athleticism. Runts are a dime a dozen. So if your a little fella…your right your butt better be all over the country at every camp you can go to 24 hours a day 365 days a year because your a dime a dozen. SIZE MATTERS….RUNTS CHATTER….HOLLA DONT SWALLA….Keep this list alive because its going to be fun to watch. I keep all the programs from AAU Nationals…and its going to be fun to watch over the next 5-6 years on whose a contender and whose a pretender. Hard work beats talent when talent doesnt work hard.

All of these players playing down are weak. It’s like beating up your little brother everyday then talking trash like you know what it’s like to fight your father. These superstar youtube celebrities all eventually fall off. 11-12 years old lying about ya age and dominating 9year olds… disgusting. The parents are gross. Play ya age.
