Walker the Shot Caller
Rising 8th grader, 5’9″, Christopher Walker from Wellington, Florida plays combo-guard for the Wellington Wolves 7th grade team. He’s regarded as one of the most consistent jump shooters in the state, and perhaps one of the best in the country.
Walker credits his dad for making him perform “ambidextrous”. We’re constantly inside the gym working hard to improve his left and right hand,” said a humble Mr. Walker. “I made him learn every skill left handed first.”
To prove his acquired ability, Walker exploded for 25 and 30 point games in the USSSA Florida state tournament. His most impressive outing was 37 points (8 three pointers), 6 assist and 3 rebounds. The crafty ball handler has a potent jab-step and quick release jumper which allows him to get his shot anytime.
However, Walker enjoys executing no-look dimes as much as scoring. He displays heart and poise that makes him a phenomenal all-around athlete. Walker now is garnering attention and worthy of a class of 2021 MSE national ranking.
Next up for hungry Walker and the Wolves is the AAU Nationals in Greensboro,NC, July 2-9, 2016.

We have watched this team several times, including NYBL in Orlando. This player was not even in the top 5 players on his own team that weekend and his stats were awful.
Father was a coach, or else he sits the bench the entire game. We do know that it is not possible to be the best shooter at any measure when he wasn’t the best shooter on his own team, the white kid had that wrapped up. We did not see this team play in N.O because they opted for D2 (Age).
Best of luck to the young man in his future, hopefully soon he plays on a different team and learns the game because he seemed like a great kid who is not growing because of the parent wanna be coach dynamic.
The Top 10 player list in the Class of 2021 within the State of Florida does not include this guy.
The Top 25 player list in C/O ’21 within Florida does not include this guy.
The Palm Beach County All-Middle School First Team and Second Team did not include this guy.
His Dad is a fake hype artist, touting fake stats to you guys. This was actually a player coming off of the bench on his school team and travel team and you guys took the bait with all of his Father’s emails and made up stats. Sad that simple checks don’t exist with your laughable website.
After reading the above comments I wasn’t sure if I was reading about the same kid I’ve seen play on multiple occasions. So I decided to Google him to see if it was the player I thought it was. It is. First off, the Orlando Jayhawks are the best 7th grade team in Florida. But this kids team is right behind them. They usually win by 30+ and run the clock on just about everyone. The Wellington Wolves team is loaded but this kid is BY FAR their leading scorer. There is NO WAY he comes off the bench. Every game I’ve watched he’s started and he rarely comes out. So I’m not sure if you’re thinking of the same kid. This kid shoots the 3 with incredible ease and just knows how to score the ball. I couldn’t find any Palm Beach County All Middle School teams. But I did find where this kid was named Palm Beach County Player of the Week. I did find out that he’s on the USSSA National Team for last year’s National tournament. Watching his video that’s on this site and from seeing him in person many times I will tell you this. He’s long, quick to the basket, has an ultra quick release and has the neon green light to shoot anytime he wants. From all the ball I’ve seen here in Florida on the youth travel circuit, I’m having a hard time thinking of 5 players I’ve seen with his skill set.
Get used to haters of someone ele’s exposure

My son is a member of this team, we are playing right now in the tournament in North Carolina.
Chris is a great kid, but not one of our best players. If we had some better coaches, the lineup would be different and his Dad wouldn’t be able to cost us.
Our team also has the game stats, and the ones you listed are not factual.
What’s your son’s name so we can check him out? It’s hard to count in or rule out athletes at this young age. But your boy must be obviously a future King James.

My son was MVP from our team (without my Husband coaching) and two additional players listed as well from the team that shined. You will see the difference when other coaches pick as to who they identify as top talent from our team.
For the record, all the “Decorations” that were referenced by Florida Youth, you need to understand that the coaches pick these award winners from their own team and this player’s Dad was the coach making the selections, so of course he continually gave some deserved and other undeserved awards to his own.
Locked up today! Point proven, dude couldn’t score, had 20 turnovers, was wrecked.
Switched teams, truth showed up, keep paying for these made up listings.
