Straight Shooter

Class-of-2024, Robert Basks, Jr. is a crafty left handed guard, with a smooth jumper and a lethal long range shot.

A native of Wichita, Kansas, Basks is a rising 5th grade honor student, attending Caldwell Elementary School.

Basks is a natural shooter, who keeps his teammates involved in the game. He is improving as a ball handler, rebounder and defender. This season, following an exciting tournament, Basks was acknowledged as team MVP.

To relax, Basks enjoys playing Xbox 1, swimming and bonding with family and friends.

Academics is a priority for Basks and his family. He wants to attend a university such as Duke, Kentucky or Wichita State, where he can anchor a powerhouse basketball team and receive a solid education that will allow him to pursue a career in medicine.
