Ambitious Akeem

As overall sports recruiting intensifies, Akeem Jackson Jr., a 7th grader from Connecticut, stays ahead of the curve on and off the court.

The game comes naturally to Jackson as far as instincts, reflexes and senses.

Akeem gives a show of hand at Hamden Middle School as an honor roll student.

Jackson hopes to be a NBA Hall of Famer and Duke University alumnus.
