Full-bloodied Akeem

Akeem Jackson Jr. from Connecticut “is a playmaking lead guard who can break down his defender and score in bunches.”

Jackson attends Hamden Middle School, graduating 7th grade as a valedictorian.

At Jackson’s afterschool program, he dedicates 5 hours between homework and gym workouts.

Akeem wants to attend “Duke University or any school willing to give him a chance to extend his basketball career and academics.”

Basketball runs in Jackson’s family because of cousins like Wesley Matthews, Byron Scott and George Gervin.
