6th grade Frederick C. Blue III from California has a “basketball IQ far beyond his age.” 

Honor-roll Blue attends Marsh Junior High School and attained a 3.67 GPA.

Blue must pass with flying colors in order to play sports. “He has a contract to do great.” 

Fredrick’s dream schools are UNC, UCLA, Oregon and CAL. 

“He has no fear and will compete against anyone.
