Invincible Hill
Taking after his older brother, an accomplished high school varsity basketball player, class-of-2029 Austin Hill (TX) started to hoop at age two.
He’s an apprentice at Cora Spencer in Grand Prairie, earning Honor Roll.
This third-grade intelligent gym-rat conditions with his dad, coaches and trainers at the local recreational gym and park.
“Austin has an advanced skill set that entails excellent court vision, ball-handling skills, and an ability to read and pick up on offensive and defensive schemes.”
A wrist fracture and foot surgery in proportion sidelined Austin’s gridiron season. These injuries didn’t discourage him.
Hill watches NCAA, NBA and Big3 athletics on television, dissects game footage, and mimics players’ catchy moves on YouTube.
Austin has a tall order of dream colleges: “Duke, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, Purdue, U of Memphis, Texas Tech, and U of Texas.”
If Hill stays on track, he’ll go far in the game.
