Marcus Bagley Shoots His Way To The Top!
Marcus Bagley is a 5’10” fifth grader, class of 2020. He’s a starter on the #1 Class of 2019, sixth grade team on the west coast, Team Bibby. Team Bibby’s 12 & Under has an amazingly flawless record of 62-0 since NBA veteran Eddie House took over as head coach. They’ve won tournaments in 4 states: Arizona, California, Oregon, Nevada.
Marcus has the superior size to post up on offense and play defense on the opposing team’s biggest player. However, Marcus’ ball handling, passing ability and basketball IQ make him the biggest fifth grade guard in the country at 5’10”.
What really sets Marcus apart from the rest of his peers is his perimeter shooting ability. Marcus consistently “nails the opponent’s coffin” with 3’s. In multiple tournaments this year Marcus has made 15 plus 3pt field goals.
In his last tournament at the Tarkanian Basketball Academy in Las Vegas, Marcus had an amazing nine three pointers in the semi-final game, and nailed five more in the final. He had a total of 14 three’s in the semi’s and the final of the Las Vegas Easter Showdown.
What makes Marcus’ parents most proud is his 4.0 GPA. Marcus has always been a straight A student. His dedication and effort in the classroom is just as important to him as basketball. Marcus definitely understands the importance of an education and life after basketball.

Wow…! Beautiful stroke! Keep up the good work young man
Nice shooting! Please check out my 11 year old son. Also well known for his 3’s and what makes him extra amazing is that he was born without a left hand. Keep up the hard work. Enjoy!

Tell Marcus to step in front of Tyler brelsford. I bet Tyler will bust his ass on his off day. ETU!!!!!!!!!
Tyler is the best guard in the country 2019 hands down. He will destroy anybody in his age group or around it.
Today’s camp was a little unorganized. The coaches were biased. I think there should have been neutral coaches. Some Coaches from Saturday were not there on Sunday which made no sense. How can you evaluate someone from a quick drill and one or two games. Every coach didn’t see every player. There were coaches walking up to the organizer saying you forgot him and some kids were just added. This is why kids lose control and get discouraged. In other words Fairness should be a key essential not who likes you or who may happen to be your coach.
Disappointed. My son had votes not enough but I’m speaking for all athletes.
