Purpose of the Ohio Top 20 Showcase Event

Parents of students of any age that have a dream of playing basketball at the collegiate level should put forth the effort to try to make their dream a reality. The Ohio Top 20 Showcase can help players reach the next level in their basketball careers if they are impressive and show glimpses of skill and talent.

This National Showcase Event is invaluable for players at the middle school level as players who have competed at other MSE Events have created a National Profile for themselves. It’s important to realize that several hundred collegiate basketball coaches reference information from Middle School Elite. Playing exclusively in state generally does not afford players high level opportunities. Middle School Elite follows player’s post-camps to monitor improvement and report it. The Ohio Top 20 Showcase will allow players to gauge their talent level in comparison with other players in their area and nationally – so they know what parts of their game they need to work on. Working in front of actual national scouts and talent evaluators is something that is essential long-term.

Value of the Ohio Top 20 Showcase Event

Information is key when it comes to getting your child a college basketball scholarship. Those parents that know all of their options — and take advantage of them — have a leg up over everyone else. With only 2% of players receiving college scholarships the key to success is making sure your child stands out, again not just in Ohio, but in the United States. There are many schools and plenty of money out there for college scholarships. Your child can be the one that reaps the benefits and becomes one of the 2%. For players in the Ohio Market their first National step can be taken April 19th at Pro Bound Sports in Blacklick, Ohio.
