Californiaprep.rivals.com(Check the website to read the article) covered the Pangos Jr All American all star games last month on feb 21-22nd. #42 Jose Gonzalez & #25 Fred Burton teamed up to help lead their 7th grade all star team to a win over #39 Thomas N. & #48 Jack Rottler. Fred and Jose are going to be great they both should be top 20-25 no doubt. Thomas has huge potential, but seriously, Jack Rottler is nowhere near top 50. He had 0pts that allstar game and only 3 rebs. Just doesn’t arise to the occasion for a 6’3 kid…and its not the first, second or third time. #49Alex Wade shouldn’t be on the list. His teammate from San Diego Select 6’4 Obinna Anyanwu definitely belongs on the list with his #35 ranked teammate. Obinna darn near had a double double in the all star game loss. PG Tommy Anderson Jr Las Vegas, should be on here. The kid is a beast and he played with USAselect team, earl watson elite alongside #42 Jose Gonzalez. He is now playing with San Diego Select and will start over Alex Wade easily. #37 Joshua Christopher & #5 Kyree Walker were at the camp too. They got to play up with 8th graders during the allstar game and their camp teams didnt play against all the other camp teams. Kyree is a stud no doubt about it. No one stopped him from doing what he wanted easily #1-A behind Shemar. PG Jay Taylor Oakland Soldiers is a stud and cant miss talent gotta jump him straight to top 25, definitely was a sleeper. #44 6’10 Ben Todd you mean right? Never heard of Ben Thomas..#15 Dillon Dephina and #44 Ben Todd sat out of camp due to injuries but both were there. I think next time MSE you should rank after the annual Pangos JR AA camp since roughly 10 of your Top 50 were at that camp where bigtime media was on deck. Have a top 50 jr AA invite only camp for the fall as they rise to 8th grade
Check out this kid named Da’Quantae Sawyer he’s a 7th grader tht can play any position he’s from Zion,IL reply for more information everbody deserves a shot.
All of the hype surrounding Julian Newman, should be taken with a grain of salt. His dad is the coach for Downey Christian school that does not follow the Florida High School Athletic Association rules. The scores and stats posted over the last couple of seasons on MaxPrep for his son is so outlandish, it is disgraceful. The truth will always come out in the end.
Dustin Fletcher out of Flint Michigan has very high potential as a combo / guard 6″1 and is not agnoliged at all and needs a chance on the big stage
Avanti Lockhart, 13, 6’1″ 170 lbs of Reading, PA can play any position. He has amazing basketball IQ. Is strong in the post and rebounding, and can see the floor unbelievably well. Very smart with the ball….. You’ll see him on the big stage this year.

Where is Ray Ortiz Jr? Had the chance to watch him play at hoopgroup jr elite , kid really controls the floor and can score at ease. Definitely a top 50 player in the country
Check out these two kids Luke Fizulich and Patrick Cerami two combo guards. Luke is 5’10 with a polished game with a great outside shot and amazing court vision for a 14 year old on his way to Bergen Catholic in Oradell. Patrick is a 5’11 combo guard with way above average athleticism and has improved his outside shot over the years will serve and a 1, 2, or 3 at the hs level at Bergen Catholic. Watch for these kids at the HS level.
Amazing how theirs a top anything list without Mikah Johnson Jr.aka @blockcity35 C/O2020 14 Years old, Averages triple double’s in almost every game he plays (Points, Rebounds, Blocks) 6’4 Guard/Small Forward out of Jersey that can essentially Guard and Play All 5 positions…smh Amazing!! @ 13 years old Helped his team SEED USA win both Fab48 15u Diamond (2015) and Lebron James Classic Top Division 15u (2016)
