God-Fearing Eversole

4th grade / Class-of-2025, Evin Eversole from Kentucky is a top ranked player nationally. Eversole says, “the basketball court is the one place that I’m truly the happiest!”

He spends two to three days a week conditioning his mental and physical. Before games, he quotes a bible verse to remind himself that “all glory belongs to God”.

But he is not just busy with sports. For example, he serves on his school’s leadership team, a community outreach program. He’s also a member of the MARS club based on his math performance.

Eversole’s father said, “my son’s days are long and very structured, yet he still finds time to enjoy his greatest hobby ” and “he knows that God blessed him and it is his job to praise Him above anything else.”
