Determined Ratliff

Class of 2022, JaRon Ratliff, native of Portsmouth, VA has a quick-trigger jumper as well as good ball handling skills. Honor Roll Ratliff attends Waters Middle School.

Despite a diminutive stature, 12-year-old Ratliff is wiry with long arms. He is left handed, ambidextrous, and usually finishes with a trademark floater. He is a willing passer and persistent defender.

College coaches might offer Ratliff later on if he continues working hard.
