Too Deadly
Class of 2024 Nino Nesbitt and Juwan Turner from Ohio are top-10 players nationally. They will most likely play high varsity basketball as freshmen.
Moreover, they understand grades are as important as hooping and qualifying academically with the NCAA is a necessity.
Nesbitt formerly of (All Ohio Red) & Turner formerly of the (North Coast Blue chips) have teamed up this year, under a new program named Nova Village to form one of the most dynamic backcourts in the state of Ohio, possibly even the country.
Turner, a true point-guard and lockdown defender, has a very high IQ and sense of court awareness. What stands out the most is his broad court vision.
As a true floor general, Nesbitt breaks down the press with a wicked handle, and consistently finishes around the rim and mid range. He has built strength and confidence to comfortably release the long trey ball.
This AAU season, the duo has led their team to at least the final four of every tournament they’ve played in, and they have a winning record in the Adidas NYBL league. Their future is bright…look out!
Notable opponents faced thus far: New World (D.C.), Team Teague (Indiana) and Canada Elite (Canada).
